Written Customized Training Program

  • $35 per body part
  • Written customized training program is a great way to keep your workouts fresh, and make exercise exciting.

Diet, Cardio, and Training Program 

  • $150 per month or 12 weeks for $400
  • This is the best deal that I have to offer. This program is designed to maximize your results. Again not only you will be getting a program tailored to your needs, but you will be educated on nutrition facts, and body mechanics. 

Bodybuilding Posing

  • $30 posing session via Skype for 30 mins
  • $50 posing session via Skype for 1 hour
  • Becoming a bodybuilder is not just having a sculpted need to know how to pose for the highest marks!
